Bay is no longer on house arrest. How it happened so quickly I have no idea Emmett surprises Bay at midnight by showing up at her door before she should take off her house arrest bracelet. Though Travis has a lot of potential, Travis and Mary Beth don’t agree with his decision to try out for baseball though John is totally on board. Daphne takes her first test in Chemistry and fails so Regina goes to Professor Marillo and tries to use Daphne’s deafness as an excuse for why she should be able to retake the test. Every episode I start to dislike Daphne more and more especially in this one when she back talks Regina. Toby doesn’t want to help Katherine with her musical. Katherine feels like he should since they’re still paying his bills. Katherine tells John they should cut Toby off, and John agrees. After seeing a picture of Skye in Emmett’s phone while showing pictures he finally tells Bay that she kissed him. Bay gets upset and Emmett tells her he didn’t come to fight and leaves. Bay ends up going to a party and guess who’s there??? Tank!!! Daphne goes to talk to her teacher and while she can’t retake her test to get a better grade she can do some extra credit. Daphne apologizes to Regina and tells her about the extra credit. Toby decides to help Kathrine with her musical and Melanie is on board with Travis playing baseball. In the final scene Bay is seen waking half naked in bed with Tank beside her.
