Resurrection-Aftermath- Blog Review

This weeks episode picks up after Carl has just ran over Pastor Hale. Before taking his last breath Tom sees Rachel and their son and she says “You almost made it.” When Freddy tells Janine the news, she goes into a psychotic state. She’s so obsessed with Rachel’s baby, she will do anything to keep it safe so she can raise it as her own. She initially lies when Rachel asks about Tom and says everything is fine. Lucille is getting frustrated with Margaret for telling her how to raise Jacob. All the while Jacob is upstairs listening through a vent. At the hospital Maggie discovers Rachel’s baby stem cells have cured the sick. Janine finally tells Rachel about Tom’s death. she tries to run away but Janine who is now bat crazy has locked her in. To escape, Rachel tricks her into getting sugar then knocks her out with a teapot. Jacob feels he’s bringing trouble to his family and takes matters into his own hands. When Forrester tells her superior about the new medicine he tells her they are no longer worried about the returned and to just let them disappear. When Freddy finds out Carl killed Tom, he arrests him. Bellamy is growing sicker and Maggie promises him they will find Rachel to make more medicine. Rachel is at the train track contemplating suicide again. In the final scene Henry gets into a fight with a protester and Jacob walks away. He tells Margaret he wants to disappear to keep his parents from being hurt. Did Margaret make him poof like she did Barbara? We will have to wait until the show returns in early 2015
