While Maggie is testing a new drug on Ray, he tells her if he dies he wants to stay dead and if he comes back tell Elaine not to trust him.

Bellamy and Freddie confront Joey about the painted crosses on doors. Joey says the returned are unnatural which ticks Bellamy. Bellamy attacks him and to Freddie’s surprise reveals he’s a returned. Back at the Hale’s, Janine tells Rachel it’ll be safer if she goes to her sister’s house. When Tom returns home, he finds Janine’s journal. In it she has the baby’s progress as if it were her own.
