Switched At Birth “Oh, Future” – Blog Review

With this being senior year, Daphne is looking for a school with a good pre med program. With the high costs Regina tells Daphne to apply for the Latina scholarship. Meanwhile Emmett still hasn’t told his Mom that he and Bay are back together. He invites Bay to his dad’s housewarming party.
With Melanie getting suspended from Carlton, she gets a job offer in a different city & Bay overhears it as she’s leaving. Katherine invites Sarah Lazar to lunch to discuss their feud and books. While Daphne is looking for funds for school Bay tells her to ask John and Katherine. John and Katherine go to Regina and tell her they want to pay for Daphne’s college, but Regina refuses.
Melody and her new man decide to go to Cameron’s housewarming party. While there Cameron and his girlfriend Debbie surprise everyone by getting married and revealing they are having a baby. At the interview for the Latina scholarship, Daphne feels uncomfortable, because she doesn’t fit the look of the stereotypical Latina and hasn’t gone through what they have, she decides to opt out.
Travis and Mary Beth have a little spat over why Travis never talks about his family. While on a date Travis gets to meet his favorite football player Derrick Coleman who is also deaf. At lunch, Sarah admits she tried to sleep with John, but he refused and that her book got a movie deal.
Regina decides to let the Kennishes pay for Daphne’s college. Emmett and Melody finally comes to terms with the new baby on the way. Melody also declines her job in Madison, Wisconsin.
