Dakota Hood star of The Hunger Games’ District 10 Tribute. Dakota has been performing on stage since she was 5 years old. From performing an Uptown Country Music show with Melanie Horton and Clay Aiken. She has had the honor of singing the National Anthem at the North Carolina State Fair opening for Steven Curtis Chapman, Joe Nichols and Anoop Desai.
