Comic Con 2010 – Day 4 2010

We had a full day at Comic Con this fine Sunday. We started with…you guessed it – early day! Had to get in the Exhibit Hall early and get to the first panel of our day.

We hit Smallville, which is one of Amy’s fave shows. Seeing as this is being touted as Smallville’s final season we didn’t want to miss seeing it for the possibly last time at Comic Con. Tom Welling was beautiful as always, and the cast was gracious and very cool with fan questions. I’ll let the vids tell the story of the panel as soon as some come available. Next up was Supernatural. Amy has a special love for this show, and for its stars. I have a love for Sera Gamble, who is not only the writer for the show, she is also a published writer who I am a huge fan of. It was SO cool to see Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki, since they hadn’t been announced in the CC programming. The rumors float that this is / is NOT the final season, until we know for sure we just loved getting to see this awesome panel. We lunched on the lawn in front of Hall H, then headed to Sons of Anarchy panel. Amy, I think Sunday should have been named AmyDay at CC this year! It was too cool to see the beautiful Katey Sagal, and Ron Perlman. This has also been called SOA’s final season – we shall see, but until we know for sure it was very cool to see these guys for the first time here at CC. As we finish up our epic journey at Comic Con 2010 what would be better than a huge sing-along of Buffy the Musical? NOTHING!! It was the perfect ending to a great week! We had tons of fun, saw tons of cool stuff, got tons of awesome swag – more than fit in our suitcases!! And we can’t wait to do it all again next year!
